IntechSchool (“we,” “our,” or “us”) respects the privacy of students using the IntechSchool Student Mobile App (“the App”). This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles student information.

1. Information we handle The App does not collect new personal information directly from users. Instead, it provides access to academic information already managed by your school, such as Class Schedule, Grades, and Student Information (e.g. student number, name) This information is securely retrieved from the school’s database and displayed within the App.

2. Data Storage Student information is stored on secure servers managed by Intechsive. We do not share or sell any student data to third parties.

3. Authentication Students log in using their school-issued credentials (student number and password). These credentials are used only for authentication and are not shared with unauthorized parties.

4. Pemrissions The App does not request or require access to device permissions such as camera, storage, location, or contacts.

5. Security We implement reasonable security measures to protect student information. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

6. Children’s Privacy The App is intended for use by enrolled students of the school. Parents or guardians with concerns about their child’s data should contact the school administration.

7. Changes to This Policy We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any updates will be posted here with a revised effective date.
